Don't believe what's in the photo,
Towels, Slippers, Toothpaste, Toothbrush, Tea & Sugar are all missing.
Ordered a double but was moved to a twin.
But the room is quite comfortable for that price, although it's not soundproof because the sound from outside is very clear, I don't know how it would be otherwise,
The good thing is that the hotel is not far from the highway.

the view is nice. the location is also strategic because it is not far from the highway. the only minus is the cleanliness of the room which is lacking. my suggestion is to ask for a room facing the front because the room with the balcony facing the back is very dirty. for the guys are very fast, we ask for one that is not fast enough to be responded to. but the front office ladies need to be trained again in their friendliness. very rude and not very friendly. when I returned the key during CO, the FO lady just sat and did not stand up to take the key so I put the key on the FO table. The lady also did not say anything, just glanced then looked back at the computer. in my opinion the manners are not polite where we are guests when CO the FO lady should stand and receive the key from us then say "you can leave now ma'am. make sure there are no items left behind ma'am" like in other hotels.

Booked 3 rooms, checked in at night, there were no towels in the room, it turned out they were delivered in the afternoon because the towels had just been washed and ironed, 2 rooms did not have toothbrushes, asked the receptionist and they were given them straight away, we were the ones who had to ask the receptionist a lot of questions. The best receptionist service, the staff is friendly. The receptionist was very tolerant of our early arrival to the hotel because it avoided the severe traffic jam towards Puncak. We were given an available room even though it was still 8 am. Thank you for your kindness and service 🙏🙏🙏

Don't hesitate to stay here, God willing, you won't regret it, the most important thing for me is that the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the room are really good, the water facilities, heating kettle, TV are okay, for the price of 200's it's really good, keep it up.

For this price, it is really worth it, the room is just right and doesn't smell, there is a balcony, the TV is clear even though it can't connect to the internet, no wifi, maybe you should ask at the reception first. The bathroom is really good, it doesn't smell at all. Coffee, tea, sugar and mineral water are provided in the room. Clean towels. Next time I'll come here again

For the location is easy to reach; Quite complete facilities; The pool is quite large; The stairs leading to the room are comfortable, wide and sloping, there is a living room outside the room; There is a balcony for a smoking area when in the room; The bathroom is clean and comfortable; Hot water is available at all times; There is AC, but the only thing missing is the mattress is not soft enough 🤭 and the breakfast, Nasi Goreng lacks flavor. But the others are OK.
