spacious room, dull but clean blanket sheets, there are soap towels, no toothbrushes, sticky floor, cold AC, warm water bathroom, good closet, smart TV can do Netflix, etc., there are many dirty points such as tables, corners, doors, windows, etc. that need to be improved in terms of cleanliness. there is an Alfa downstairs, it's also easy to find food.

Friendly staff, with that price for just sleeping, okay. Safe environment. Nice building, spacious rooms are also complete, but a bit lacking in maintenance and cleanliness.

There are many things that need to be improved in terms of service, the room's electricity token makes a sound and you have to wait 20 minutes to top up the token, and there are no towels or soap in the suite room, but overall the room is clean.

I was surprised when I checked out and was asked to pay for an electricity token. It turned out that the electricity token itself was outside the room price without any prior information.

It's a good thing that the owners are also from Medan, so staying there feels like staying with relatives, tsk tsk

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, the bathroom was dirty and smelly.

Kalau dari kebersihan, kenyaman tempat serta akses makanan sangat mudah karena dibawah ada alfamart dan tempat makan yang terjangkau harganya. Cuma satu hal yang bikin kesel banget dan aneh ga pernah ditemuin di tempat lain adalah soal listrik, saya menginap 2 malam, pada malam pertama jam 3 dini hari voucher listrik di kamar saya habis dan bunyi bip2, dan letak panel ada di dalam kamar dkt tempat tidur, saya awalnya cuma matikan ac saja berharap bisa nunggu sampai pagi untuk info ke yang nungguin (kontak yang saya wa cuma centang 1 karena posisi lagi dini hari) Tapi bisa bayangin itu panel listrik bunyi-bunyi rasanya di atas kepala gila sih ga bisa tidur lagi padahal bsknya ada agenda kerja. Akhirnya saya lihat-lihat panelnya dan ternyata ada no IPEL nya akhirnya saya isikan sendiri vouchernya baru bisa tenang, tp alhasil sudah tidak bisa tidur dan pengalaman menginap disitu jadi kurang baik menutup kelebihan-kelebihan di sana. Semoga pemiliknya bisa mengganti prosedur dalam pengisian listrik tiap kamarnya, karena selama saya menginap di sana mendengar bunyi bip2 listrik habis di kamar-kamar lain, kalau dipikir rugi juga sebenarnya untuk pemilik diisi sedikit-sedikit seperti itu. Tempatnya melewati jalan tikus, trus subuh tiba-tiba ada orang di pintu untungnya istri bagun, orangnya berdiri depan pintu saya tegur pergi Lima mnt balik lagi. Ada tiga kali bolak balik. Jadi hati-hati klw menginap di sini.

Zonk. Kotor. Kamar mandi jorok. Bukan dijalan besar tapi jalan tikus. Dan anehnya ktp mau ditahan ha saya bilang hotel manapun gak ada ktp ditahan. Jadi kalau saya keluar bagaimana? Baru difoto dan dikembalikan.

Pengalaman terburuk, kamar yang di photo tidak sesuai dengan kamar yang di berikan, saya kecewa, malah di kasih kamar kontrakan yang berbeda tempatnya dengan lokasi yang di jelaskan di aplikasi, jadi saya memutuskan tidak jadi menginap, walaupun sudah bayar, mudah-mudahhan berkah ya.
