VILLA KUSUMA I16 WITH PRIVATE POOL BY N2K

The villa was not well prepared, the floor was still dusty, the room was dirty, the bathroom floor & toilet were black & yellow, ridiculous, the first impression here was disappointing, it's a shame the villa is not well maintained.

The environment is very adequate for gathering with family or friends. The villa manager is also very friendly.

The service is very fast and responsive. The villa is also comfortable.

A cheap and fun villa for a vacation with family or friends.

This is the second time I stayed here. Because it feels comfortable.

Pretty good, it's a shame there's no karaoke.

Strategic location, close to tourist attractions. The place is quite comfortable. Unfortunately the rooftop is a bit difficult to climb because of the rotating stairs. And blocked by the roof 😀.

At first I thought this villa had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, but it turned out there were 4 bathrooms, 2 downstairs, 1 near the pool, and 1 upstairs. The rooms were clean and fragrant. The kitchen equipment was quite complete. The location was quite close to the Angkut Museum, and it was in a housing complex with active security guarding the area. The pool water was clean and very clear and did not smell of chlorine. It also did not sting the eyes.

The villa is strategically located, quiet, close to everything, the villa is also clean and the facilities function well, thank you to the friendly and fast-responding villa staff.

Clean rooms, complete kitchen equipment, can cook while watching the kids playing in the water, there are children's and adult swimming pools, great.

Good location, close to everywhere, because it is in the middle of Batu city and large housing, many food vendors pass by, Large swimming pool, the villa is clean. The family is happy, if I go to Batu I will definitely stay at this villa again.

Just entering the room, oh my gosh, the smell of fishy blood from the house, I don't know what blood it is. Dizzy, the intention was healing, so it wasn't a mess. It should be cleaned properly and properly. The pay is quite expensive too

Not a new villa, but an old villa that is being renovated. And I happened to book during the renovation period, cleanliness was really lacking, lots of muddy footprints. There are used trousers at the edge of the pool. The swimming pool also has dirty water, so people are reluctant to use it. The bathroom inside is also dirty and not well maintained. There are no snacks or at least sugar/tea/coffee. And there is no soap (min bar soap). Because all this time I rented a villa in Batu, there were always snacks or soap. From rates below 500k to above 1000k there are always some, so I'm surprised, how come there aren't any. The view on the roof top is really good, but it's not very comfortable to hang out because the reservoir area and the floor are mossy. I'm sure that when the renovation is complete, this villa will be really good. It just so happened that when I rented it I wasn't lucky. And 1 more. The response from those holding the villa was not good. There was no good response. I could have just blown up when I checked out, but I informed the villa guard. But there was no response. It's enough to have experience renting a villa like this.
