Actually, the location is good. Close to the tourist area, & easy to reach. We only intended to stay at the Villa for a staycation. The only unfortunate thing is the cleanliness of the Villa. When we entered, the floor was dirty, sticky as if it had not been cleaned. In front of the fence there was a lot of garbage piled up that had not been taken, so that the effect was that many flies entered the Villa. The bathroom also smelled. The swimming pool water was also not very clear. Then we entered the room, it seemed like the bed set had not been replaced & the pillows smelled like someone's sweat (especially the room on the 2nd floor near the balcony). After we called the manager, to be fixed again, the bathroom smelled good, some of the bed sets were replaced. Only for the room on the 2nd floor (near the balcony) the bed set still smelled. The floor was also still sticky, and the garbage piled up outside the fence had not been picked up. Maybe it was the effect of the end of year holiday (because we stayed 3 days before New Year), so it was peak season. But in our opinion, whatever the season, there should be more attention to the cleanliness of the Villa. Oh yes, there is another thing, for the kitchen equipment, it is also not very clean. There are some kitchen equipment that even looks moldy (for the Grill). There is no dish soap 😀 We were supposed to stay for 3 days, 2 nights. But on the 2nd day, we decided to go back. It's a shame that with the good condition of the Villa, the cleanliness management is not well-maintained. Hopefully it can be better maintained next time. Also, a suggestion, for the side of the pool, maybe a barrier like glass or high acrylic can be added, so that when someone swims, the water doesn't splash into the living room & kitchen area. I entered on Saturday at 14:00, I deliberately arrived early at 12:30, it turned out there were still guests who had previously stayed overnight, who were already preparing to go home and the staff from the Villa were not there. 2. After the previous guests had left, I saw that the curtains were accidentally open, so I could see the front of the 1st floor room, which had not been tidied up, etc., I thought, hopefully this will later be replaced with bedsheets, pillows, etc. , it turns out it wasn't replaced when it was cleaned by the staff, it was just fanned out and swept by Pell. 3. Two cleaning staff came at 13:00, I thought if I could come in quickly at 14:00, but it turned out they cleaned it quickly, at 13:45 it was finished, even then I saw that they didn't bring freshly washed sheets or blankets or whatever, just bring a Pell cloth and a mop. 4. It turns out that the cleaning wasn't optimal enough, at least in a month or a week, it was maintenance for the leaking sink on the 2nd floor, and the loose synthetic grass was glued again, then the bathroom was at least cleaned until it was clean. The corners, under the stairs, there's a lot of sand from the ants and it doesn't get swept away. 5. It's good that there are prayer mats and other carpets on the 2nd floor in each room, there are no Qibla directions yet. 6 under the table chair and bring the mattress, if it's dirty and can't be swept, at least sweep it. 7. Floor. To pick up towels or used swimming clothes, there are no stenliss hangers, give stenliss hangers like that, cook, just give them a long raffia rope. The rooms are spacious, the cooking utensils are complete, the children love the large pool, it's easy to find food at the local Go Food, it's also recommended, it's cheap and delicious, the hot water is on. It's really good.
