This hotel does not provide towels when entering the room, you have to ask for towels first... no toilet paper is provided, only a few used tissues, only 1 toothbrush... the room is cold & the sheets are very dirty, no floor mat is provided...

Yes, the price is friendly, especially since it's close to Cihampelas Mall. The room is quite good, but yesterday I got a room that smelled really damp, and there were no tissues. But it's not bad, for the city.

Overall it's okay because the price is quite affordable, I checked in at 3 am the staff was very quick to serve me thank you🙏🏻. But I was tired from out of town and arrived at the hotel at 3 am, why did it smell musty when I arrived in the room huhu the sheets also smelled a bit not dry and damp🥲
