Very clean, and very nice. Affordable price with good location, surrounding-wise or strategically. Staff is also very friendly. Thanks Mr. Zulfikar for being a helpful receptionist.

The atmosphere in the room is quite nice and cool, but the facilities and cleanliness are lacking. There are blood stains on the sheets, the TV won't turn on, the sheets and towels smell musty, not worth the price.

The room is quite comfortable, the price is okay, Mr. Zulfikar, the receptionist, is very friendly and very helpful for me who is a first timer in Bandung. I will come here again when I go to Bandung.

The hotel room is ok, everything you get is ok. Please improve the cleanliness of the balcony for the lower room, I hope that when you check in at the next Wood Hotel you can get an upper room.

Small room, AC not cold, no ventilation, bathroom blower not working, ordered double bed but given twin bed, went out by vehicle, paid Rp 20,000 for parking, not to mention getting in. Then went out again and parked for Rp 15,000. What should I do?

It was uncomfortable at night, the lights went out 3 times, the solution was to unplug the refrigerator and then turn it on again, while at night the noise from the back room (the room with the connecting door) disturbed me.

The room was musty, the sheets and blankets were a bit dirty with hair and flies. My child sneezed as soon as he entered the room so I kept the bathroom exhaust fan on. Routinely change the sheets, blankets and routinely clean the mattress and walls of the room with a vacuum cleaner

Fast check in process <10 minutes. Strategic location very close to unpar and food and other facilities. The counter and security officers are very helpful but unfortunately not supported by cleanliness, the room is dirty, please sweep and mop the room, behind the room door and bathroom are full of dust. The sheets, pillow cases and towels are shabby, sorry the color of the sheets and others are similar to doormats. So that the hotel management follows up on this cleanliness problem

The view is nice, there is a garden too. But the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved, there are many dirty spots in the bathroom, the drain is a bit clogged. In front of the room there is a lizard carcass. The staff likes to peek, so it's not very comfortable
