Nice view, clean and helpful staff. Suggest: staff to be more prepared for welcoming guests during rainy days - especially during check in time, to maintain safety (sliperry floor), luggage service, pleasant experience (I. E. Prepare umbrella as room amenities).

The service is very friendly, very good, and very helpful to us. But please improve the facilities, the shower error and the water heater doesn't work, damn it's cold to take a shower in the morning. Please fix it. And also why is the hotel shaking like an earthquake, so it's uncomfortable to sleep. The hotel really shakes like an earthquake. 😅😅😅 so it's really uncomfortable to sleep.

Hidden Gem. Perfect Getaway. Near by ubud access/area, near to taman safari. Near great variety beaches rather than, packed southern part of Bali. Hotel was amazing. Maybe a little dusty due too covid but overall room size and designs are ⭐ great for family getaway. Picture of the room are just the same as the web pictures. Great friendly staff and so helpful.

The staff is so-so, the room is clean, unfortunately there is no sand in the beach pool anymore so the kids can't play in the sand while swimming even though I think the selling point is there. There could be more crew by the pool, if you want to find towels, order food you have to go looking for the staff.

Please improve the security guard's attitude. This is the first time bringing guests and picking up guests is not directed towards parking. In fact, he was kicked out because DK had a red plate M in all the parking lots.

Safari Park, the place is quiet and far from the crowds, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are neatly clean, the parking area is spacious, unfortunately when you stay overnight, it's the south wind season so you won't be able to go to the children's beach. The staff are friendly, the hot water was not working, the staff hub was fixed immediately, the hotel area is also spacious right next to the beach, the room size is also spacious, the bathroom is spacious and clean. It's a pity that there are fish ponds or small swamps, the smell is not good, so if you walk in that area, the smell is not good.
