So far, every time I stay at a hotel, there is always a refrigerator, yesterday there wasn't one, the pillowcases were dirty and not clean, there was no bathroom mat or chair, the food was pretty good, maybe in the future they will pay more attention to cleanliness, there was no shampoo

many places to eat around the location, minimarket is also close, breakfast menu choices are ok, swimming pool is also ok, some floats are provided by the pool, lacking only the absence of a refrigerator in the room and hair dryer. overall pleasant................................................................,👍

The location is easy to find because it is on the edge of a large road and the good thing is that right across from the hotel there is a famous mie gacoan restaurant which is very cheap, close to Mall Karawaci and Siloam Hospital. The hotel has a swimming pool especially for children and lots of seating like a park near the pool so children have a place to play, only the parking lot seems to be lacking in maintenance, there are not enough trees so it feels hot and dry, especially since Tangerang has hot weather and the front of the hotel looks less attractive

One of the receptionists was not very friendly and stingy with smiles, even though if you work in a hotel you should always be friendly no matter what the customer is. The room was a bit smelly and the bathroom had no soap, even though it was a 4-star hotel.

first experience in this hotel, thank God the kids were happy, the swimming pool facilities were clean, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel room atmosphere was quiet and the toilet was clean. I didn't take many photos but overall it was OK. thank you very much, hopefully next time I can rest in this hotel again.

Most of the food at breakfast was finished, it felt like some of it was too salty and bland, there weren't many breakfast menus, the corridor carpet was dirty, the room carpet was dirty, the room lights weren't bright enough

Air conditioner only blows, the room smells damp, the check-in queue is long when it's crowded, the queue can take up to 1.5 hours. The only friendly person is the security. The staff is unprofessional. Not recommended, there is no policy from the hotel staff to change rooms.
