The staff are OK. I like the free drinking water. The bed is OK. But the bathroom is dirty, the shower has no hot water, and the towels are just terrible. The towels are quite clean, but they hardly absorb water, next to useless. The kettle is a bit broken, and doesn't turn off after the water boil up. Very dangerous.

Hotel lama hanya saja di renovasi ulang oleh zodiak grup hotel, airnya kuning, toilet nya parah sih ga propee bgt, tp kamar oke kok, bagi yang mau nginap tanpa mandi rekomenden sih.

- Staff friendly. Check-in/out tidak ada masalah.- Kamar yg saya dapat agak gelap kurang terang jadi spooky.- Air, AIR! Tolong banget ditingkatkan, biar ngga ijo kotoran mengendap di toren kali ya.- TV udah agak error shadowing.- Menu sarapan tolong ditingkatkan lagi. Breakfast mulai jam 7, saya turun jam 7 lewat stok kosong (walau di refill lg tp agak lama). Tidak ada kopi.

Kamar aslinya sangat berbeda dengan foto, kondisi kamar jorok parah dgn kondisi bantal dan selimut yg tidak bersih. Kamar mandinya ada banyak kerak dan air nya butek, sangat2 tidak worth dengan harga segini. Tolong lah pihak hotel ditingkatkan lagi kebersihannya.

The room is not so clean exspecially the toilet is so dirty. The receptionist is very nice. Nearby Stasiun Bandung. You can walk to Pasar Baru.
