The rooms were quite nice and the staff was lovely! But the smell of the building was disgusting. Staff told me it is their "signature scent" that is blown throughout the lobby and hallways, but it smelled like baby poo to me. I had to hold my breath when coming and going. The scent was so off-putting that I would never stay here again.

Hotel was nice on appearance and parking is free. There was a terrible smell in all public areas, like the sewerage or something. We were told the hotel had been closed for 6 days because of it. Probably should close again until its been rectified. We won't be going back. There wasn't even the offer of a voucher or refund when the issue was raised.

The hotel was great. The only negative was the design of the bathroom door. Frosted glass so when your partner gets up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom the light shines right through onto the bed.

The hotel is modern and stylish but not too upmarket. The room has a good, hard bed; the area is quiet, a little further away from the centre of the town and it allows decent sleep. The breakfast is very good if you pay for it.. ( it’s worth the money ) .. The kitchen is a good standard, and, there’s a bar. It’s a very good hotel, believe!!

A very nice place with decent rooms that is somewhat tarnished by the service and experience in the restaurant and service at the front desk. I was seated by myself in a highly visible part of the restaurant. My drink order was taken. 20 minutes past and no follow-up for my food order. I had to go to the bar and ask someone to find my waiter so I could place my order. The bartender made no effort to do so, and eventually the waiter came by the table with no apology and simply asked what I would like to eat. My meal came out pretty quickly, in about 15 more minutes. After that, I watched my waiter walk by my table 3-4 times, only to clean up other tables near me. Never asked if I wanted anything else. Never asked if I needed another drink. I had to walk back to the bar to order another soda. My bill was never brought to me, and I had to walk to the bar to ask them to put the bill on my room. At which point, I had to wait at the bar for another 10 minutes until they verified that they could, indeed, put it on my room. Very strange service experience for an otherwise very nice building.
