Very friendly welcome especially from the concierge. I arrived very early from flight but was eventually able to check in a couple of hours prier to normal time. Room exceptionally comfortable. Good breakfast next morning and great to find it to be a la carte in lieu of buffet.

This hotel was centrally located to all the major attractions on the the South side of Dublin. We walked everywhere. The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were small for even just the 2 of us. They were also a little dated. But overall this was a great hotel for the price given its location.

A very nice hotel, but now becoming very dated and doesn't warrant the expensive room rates. Staff were lovely, food was very nice, just expensive for what it wasn't. (Sorry)

Nicely appointed rooms . Couldnt customize heat/coolness and the noise from the street where people dramk and oartued till 3 am was relentless and unplesant.

The Hotel staff were ALL wonderful. My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately we picked up a 24 hour stomach bug and were bed ridden for approximately 30 hours. Luckily the hotel had room service and a hotel phone in the room. They brought us water, ginger ale & bitters. They even offered to go to the chemist if we needed something. They were able to cancel a tour we had booked. Great location! Shopping, food & sights. Everyone, especially John the night manager and Marvin the concierge were wonderful and nice.

I come to Dublin a lot but this was the first time I stayed here. The staff are amazing. I mean that - every single one of them. The issues I had was with wifi as I was working on the road. They tried to help but it was really on and off for my stay. Otherwise, room great. Nice breakfast. Perfect staff.

Concierge was outstanding but the room we were assigned had a stained carpet and the bed was not comfortable. It was creaky and lumpy. The room was so noisy from the street that we got very little sleep. It was very disappointing.

We stayed here for 5 nights, and had a wonderful time. All of the staff at the Brooks Hotel were amazing! Any question we had was answered with enthusiasm and we definitely will recommend this hotel, if you're staying in Dublin. A special shoutout to Connor, the man who helped us the most. He was incredible, and we thoroughly enjoyed his kindness and info about the area.

Friendly staff. Excellent central location next to shopping and pubs. Lots of activity but surprisingly quiet at night. Room was cozy. Comfortable bed. Great continental breakfast with a variety of choices.

Upon arrival, front desk said there was complimentary coffee in the dining room yet we were charged 6 euro for 2 cups.
