I stayed here for two weeks, and felt at home. Housekeeping came in every two days. Had a little mart "spar" next door, plus a cafe. Also there is a restaraunt onsite...with a bar. Overall was a great stay.

Second stay here in the the past 2 years. Hard to beat the quality/price ratio for such a lovely place. The suites are spacious and the morning breakfast is worth adding to your stay.

Stayed in the suites rather the hotel. The apartment was clean and looked nice and modern. The issues we had we the beds. In the master bedroom the beds had massive dips in them making it very uncomfortable. The sofa bed my kids stay on was lumpy and the found it hard to sleep. We were only there for 2 nights, but had we been staying longer i would definitely had had a word at reception. Eat in the bar on the first night. Food was average at best,i did tip but only because floor staff were friendly and very polite. Will i stay ther again... probably not. Sorry, cant afford to risk it given the amount of other hotels ive stayed in Limerick when down visiting family.

Spotlessly clean suite, and bed very comfortable. Only issue is that some kind of fan kept humming all night in the bathroom even though all switches were off and noisy even with the bathroom door shut.

First time staying back here in a good few years. Hotel is as nice as ever, well maintained. The area around the hotel has been significantly build up since I was last here, but very safe. There is a convenience store very close by. Breakfast in the hotel was very good an dour room was excellent. We stayed in one of the suites adjacent to the hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable. There is a cigarette disposal at the entrance to the suites which was over flowing for the 3 days we were there - needs to be cleaned. We also had quite a bit of noise around 3am on Saturday night, as some revellers returned. Overall it was a really good stay with good service in bar and restaurant

Staff was pleasant. Stayed in a suite room. The shower floor was orange with mold spots. The staff came right away to clean it. The laudry they said i would need a key to use that was for the suites (when emailed ahead) was unlocked during the day.
I was able to do one load of laundry the night we arrived before it closed. It seems like people from outside of guests are doing their laundry there (since it is unlocked). I was unable to wash laundry the next night. Only one washer and one dryer. All outside doors to the suites were unlocked. Too many switches that are very difficult to figure out what they go to.

We got upgraded to a premium suite which was great. Had 2 kings & pull out sofa. Room was clean and spacious. Awesome large patio space. However the shower had quite a bit of black mold. Under the sink was mold and a pile of caulk under the bath. Benches by bed had stains and rip. For a 4 star hotel I think these things could have easily be fixed.

Property needs an upgrade. We stayed while they hosted a wedding and the noise from the halls was very loud throughout the night. Friendly faces were wonderful and welcoming!

The suit was immaculate and well set out with plenty of space the free standing bath was a treat.
I ate at the hotel on a few occasions, with friends and the menu and food that I ordered was delicious.
there was not a selection on the menu for vegans though, which would have enhanced the menu for my group.
Although the chef did make a vegan stir fry when asked to suggest an alternative to what was on the menu.
This was greatly appreciated.
The staff are all very friendly and professional.
the environment is very plush and we had a beautiful stay.

We stayed in their newer suites and they were nice but did not have air conditioning or an elevator to get up to the second floor. Dining options were limited on site and it was a drive to go anywhere else. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was great.

Great two night stay in one of the suites. The room was lovely and every single staff member we came across was kind and helpful. We really appreciated this.
The courtyard to the left of the hotel as you walk in, is run down looking and doesn't give a good impression of the hotel which is actually really nice.
