Excellent hotel with first class staff. Good security setup.
My one and only complaint would be the cooked breakfast. Bacon was tasteless and like chewing cardboard, perhaps due to length of time under heat. No poached / fried eggs. This is my only negative comment. In all other areas this hotel is excellent.

Reception was very poor on that they never answer the phone.
Room service didn't offer non alcoholic drinks after hours.
My girlfriend got trapped in the lift on the 6th floor and the person on speaker was unhelpful saying an engineer will be with her after asking all details about the hotels address which she was not aware of whilst trapped and scared. I explained to reception and they told me they received no information about this from the lift company on the emergency phone so she would have still been trapped.
The standby light on the TV is blue and would lite up a Forrest it's beeming at us during the night after already facing an emotional trauma not able to sleep.

Reasonable price for an overnight hotel not too far from the airport. The shuttle service was great from the airport to the hotel and return.
The hotel itself is nice, staff are very friendly and helpful. And a decent restaurant for something to eat on site.
The room I had was very clean, maybe a little bit dated, but the bed was comfortable.

Standards have dropped.Very disappointed with the standard of cleanliness. I arrived to a bathroom with a dirty cleaning cloth with hairs on the bath. They gave me a new room after i reported the dirty cloth. In the new room there was a long black hair clinging to the tiles. The complimentary pencil/paper was used. I have had good experiences with the Clayton hotel Dublin Airport in the past but will avoid now in future.

The staff was pleasant. My room just looked worn out. Carpet and tub was dirty. AC was not working properly. Overall I enjoyed the restaurants and access to coffee shop

Clean, comfortable and close to the airport. The shuttle runs about every 15 minutes. Didn’t need to wait long at DUB or at the hotel for a ride.

Poor house keeping . Room only set up for 2 when there were three guests. 2nd day cups glasses dirty ,no bicuits ,water or towels for 3 people.
