It was in a more quiet area. the staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and able to get american food. pool and work out rooms were very nice.

We had a great stay, we stayed 3 nights and everything was 1st class, the only thing was the pillows were a little lumpy & hard! I prefer a softer pillow & usually hotels offer a pillow choice. Overall very good! All staff we encountered were professional, friendly and kind, especially Valentina on the main desk offered great advice & was knowledgeable about tje local area.

Hotel desk workers were extremely helpful. I arrived in Dublin before my check in time and was able to stow my luggage with the front desk. A laundry was down the street about a block and a half called laundry online. Extremely convenient for clean cloths. A small pub across from the hotel was great. Also a circle K was very close for drinks and snacks. I would definitely stay here again.

Not disabled accessible. Poor signage for the ramp. No one available to assist with bags. No secure place to keep luggage. Very rough staff. No empathy. Beautiful rooms. Would not stay again because of the staff.

Night porter very helpful as we arrived late and needed to have the bedding changed as it was feather and I’m allergic. Disappointed in the time it took to find a quilt not made with feathers (more than a hour ). Overall stay was ok after that although bathroom door in room was not up to Hilton standard

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I booked a double room and asked if I could be given a room on top floor with a view and this is exactly what I was given. The room was very spacious on top floor with a great view. The bed was very big and very comfortable. My daughter and I loved using the pool. Housekeeping was excellent.

Check In and Room were excellent. Being tired after our travel to Dublin we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. The menu choice was disappointing but we chose some food anyway. When it arrived it too was disappointing to say the least. Having said that Breakfast was excellent and enjoyable. On our second night we went out to a different venue and had a most enjoyable meal.

Lovely hotel in a convenient setting. Staff at reception were very friendly and attentive. The quality of food in the restaurant was mixed, and the service received on all occasions (breakfast twice, one evening meal in the restaurant and one room service) was disappointing. The food portions were generous, but this was reflected in the higher prices.
