Amazing hotel

Staff were fantastic, very helpful and easy to deal with. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Spa was wonderful and the food in the restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend

Our stay was lovely we did have a fantastic time the hotel was beautiful and the pool was so lovely to relax in with a hot tub, steam room and sauna. We visited in December and the temperature of the pool was a little chilly but it was absolutely fine. We also only had one dinner which was in the restaurant, at the time of visiting there were renovations happening so it was the only restaurant available. I have a few allergies so the options were very limited but I managed to get something and it tasted amazing.

Truly A finest establishment rivaling the very best in the world. And at a reasonable price.

Clean, good food. Relaxing spa. Very spacious, great staff.

Receptionist excellent got to our room early. Carpet tatty, very worn coming away from the edges. Entry to waterfront bar had to queue for 20 mins to get a drink as they were doing food, got cocktails one was undrinkable , alarm went off for 90 seconds at 04.04 for 90 seconds. Breakfast was excellent. Poor value overall.

Only shame about the stay was that i couldn't be around for longer. Only stayed one night, but completely faultless, rooms were lovely, with great beds and pillows. Staff were friendly and helpful and super breakfast. Will definitely stay again when in the area, and hopefully for longer next time! Thanks

Our room is located older part of the hotel so the room itself is a bit outdated but clean and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly and check in and out is fast, easy and efficient.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms could do with a bit of a freshen up but apart from that the scenery was spectacular and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast options where amazing and the bar had a great atmosphere

One of the best hotels I have stayed in from start to finish. From the staff to the room to the food and everything in between. Would highly recommend staying at this hotel whether it be for a couple, family or business.

Beautiful hotel with lovely views and very nice breakfast. Only issue was a very slow drain in the bathroom which caused the shower to leak all over the floor which wasn’t very nice!

The property is beautiful. We stayed only one day but I wish we would have stayed more days. It is so peaceful and picturesque. We didn't have dinner here but we did have breakfast and it was superb! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice but as I have reviewed other hotels and B&B's in Ireland, I wish they offered US to European electrical outlet converters. We did bring our own but as many US tourists that visit Ireland, this should be a standard practice. Other than that, beautiful hotel!!!

Lovely room, clean and comfortable with large bed. Beautiful bathroom with bath and separate shower. Robes and slippers, Nespresso machine, tea making facilities.

Incredible location, right on lough Ree. The staff were extremely pleasant and the breakfast was delicious. The bed was extremely comfortable and I was very thankful to see a bath in the bathroom as well as a shower!

Really is a place to stay if you want the resort feel and not leave the property. For how expensive it is I was shocked there wasn't a free bus that would take you into town, the room also had a few issues (nothing huge) like the shower head was dropping off the holder so water just kind of spilled out and one of the outlets wouldn't let you even plug something in. Not a huge deal but at €220 euro a night, I would expect a little better. There is a €5 tray charge for breakfast room service but that's it so huge win there. I also got a massage which has to be one of the best of my life, especially the after care pampering with ice cream, a relaxing room and views of the bay. Tons to do on site for families and the staff was absolutely great.

Cleaning staff didn’t do the perfect job! The entire time I was there they didn’t clean the bathroom mirror

Very large and busy hotel with a wedding on when we were there. Loved the location by the lake and the swimming pool.
