Will stay again. Rare that entire staff from front desk, dining, & room service were all professional and worked well together as a team. Location was perfect with Christchurch Cathedral at front, Dublin Express bus stop nearby, & walking distance to all the sites, grocery, & restaurants.

Well located. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom could do with an upgrade. I really did not like that the bathroom door had to be closed at all times.

The Hotel was good and walkable to all areas. But the only complaint is the pillows were to rigid and uncomfortable. As a advice change the pillows.

Great location for Dublin City with a car, QPark connected to the property.
Checkin was fast and friendly, room was excellent - seemed to be recently refurbed.

For the price it was not worth it. We were supposed to be able to check in at 3:00 pm but weren’t able to until 3:30 pm because t he y said our room was not ready. The room did not feel very clean and the bed was not comfortable.

The hotels location is great for downtown but that is one of the only good things. The wifi and tv stations were going in an out the whole week. The walls are super thin and you can hear folks everywhere so its very loud, plus the staff will not tell anyone to quite down. Folks were loud every night until about 3am. The hotel says no smoking but did nothing when we reported our neigbours doing it and it stunk up the whole floor. I had to beat on the neighbors door and almost get in a fight to get them to stop. If you want a roudy, loud place that is near everything, this is your place. If you want a peaceful stay, look elsewhere.

Great location - right across from Christ Church Cathedral. Nearly walkable; used taxi for Guinness storehouse and Kilmainham Gaol; walked elsewhere. Taxi’s always available and way to use. Convenient parking garage adjacent to hotel as well. Room was comfortable and clean. Smallish but normal for Downtown European hotel. Buffet breakfast was good with all components of full Irish breakfast plus toast, fruit, oatmeal and pastries. Had room on floor 3 that was recently renovated. USB-A and -C plugs made phone charging easy. Only negative was lack of towel bars or hooks for room with 3 people.
