Great hotel that is very up to date. It was clean and very relaxing. It’s about a 30 minute walk to the city centre. I would respectfully highlight that the car park information was not clear and misleading. It is on a first come first serve basis. This was not highlighted in the booking. Meaning I had to park on the road away from the hotel when I was notified of car park being full at check in.
Please update that information on websites so customers know they may not have full access to a car park.

There was no heat in my bedroom only air conditioning even though I asked three times very disappointing for a four star Hotel. At breakfast I would rather get the breakfast myself than having to order it.

The hotel itself is lovely (clean, new, attractive).
Downtown is is walking distance to the Hotel. There are some nice places to eat too in the neighborhood.

The property is a first class hotel. The desk staff has been excellent for us. We had a problem with flights from Ireland and the desk clerk, Sebastian, did a yeomen's job in helping us correct the problem. Everybody connected to the hotel has been very helpful and professional.
