Great stay, clean rooms, and a laundry service (with charge). Appreciated the delicious breakfasts too (with charge); but the time for food is 8:30-10:30, which can be a small window for some.
Super close, 15 min bus into town and close to stops.

Not at all impressed with this hotel, room was dirty, lamps broken. Bathroom was filthy, shower was broken.
Bed was in bits and extremely uncomfortable, luckily was only one night. Reception was nice, breakfast was ok.
But for almost €300 for the night, it was such a disappointment, cant see ourselves going back!
They offered an upgrade if we do, but the question is to what/! If that is a €300 room?! what is an upgrade, something clean and comfortable!

We needed a one-night hotel in Galway after hopping around the northwest of Ireland for a week, and this hotel was available and relatively affordable. Other than that, not much to recommend it - it was a business-type hotel in kind of an industrial part of town. Nothing walkable and not many food options nearby. We ate in the lobby restaurant, and the food was great but the service was a little slow. The lobby was a little loud and hectic.
There was nothing wrong with the place, it was a fine place to spend a night, but if you’re looking for charm or location, this isn’t the spot.

Found the hallways where poorly lite and walls painted dark blue. Wife didn’t feel comfortable walking in the hallway alone. Bathroom was too dark to shave in.

Great Hotel. Rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast was a real treat. It's a15 minute walk in to town which is better than sitting in a taxi for 20 minutes due to traffic.
