Stayed one night, friendly helpful staff, good size comfortable room, great breakfast in the morning. About 10/15 minutes walk to the Luas. Great price to stay. Recommended.

Bed was very uncomfortable
Room was very cold with no temperature controls
Windows allowed a lot of noise and wind in.
Shower was pointed in an very awkward location making it awkward to use.
Hotels.com and the hotel messed up my booking and are being very unhelpful about refunding the final night which should not have been charged.
Selected pay at hotel but the hotel took payment a day early-defeating the purpose of this feature.
Breakfast was free.
Hotel was not in or near the city and not close to public transit. Hotel is in a pretty isolated area next to highway

Issue with noise from heating system constantly, had to be moved to a different room, it was fine until the generators situated below my room started at 5am each morning, rooms could do with serious updating

Functional and clean. Double bed was two singles pushed together that didn’t quite align but generally comfy. Bar was nice. Restaurant was good value and really nice food (I had the duck which was superb!)

Arrived late and we were first put in a room different from what was booked. We were eventually moved and while the reception was not rude they were not apologetic…
Both rooms and the hotel in general were very cold, heating completely turned off in the bedrooms in December!
The room was fine and comfortable once we warmed it up and was clean but the shower was not suitable for use at all. The shower curtain was not effective and the place was flooded after one use. We were obviously not the only people that had this issue as there was water damage around the doorway to the bathroom…
