Our check-in process was easy.
The facilities are quite nice, aswell as the breakfast, although their rate was different on a following day. There was AC in the room, but ended up turning it off as it did not function.
Reduced parking was not great, but the alternative of INC nearby worked for us - person on the hotel gate buzzer could have been more welcoming…

Fantastic boutique property overlooking the Liffey River. Conveniently located - a short walk to Dublin's city center, tram lines, train stations, and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, well maintained, and super comfortable (some had amazing views of the river and city) and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options to suit needs. The staff were fantastic - friendly, responsive, and helpful. This is a hotel I would return to again and again.

I got to my "superior" room which cost over 300 EUR per night to find that there was no desk. Not great for a business trip. Apparently some rooms have desks but the hotel was full that night so there were no other rooms.
When I complained, someone tried to call me the next day and offered to move me for my second night. So despite the problem the service was pretty good. And it was very good in other ways as well.
In terms of the room, it was small and looked out over an air conditioning unit. So I am not sure what it was superior to.
The staff at the hotel and the food were great.
So, although you can apparently ask for a desk in advance, I would not stay here again on business, but I would do so for leisure. And maybe come to the restaurant even if not staying there.

A spacious easy to access hotel, within easy walking distance of all main Dublin attractions, most within 20 minutes walk. We had a large king size double on the 4th floor. Friendly and helpful staff.

Good place to stay at. Only thing is we put the sign on door to have our room serviced and they still did not service our room for our 3 day stay. A few places walkable but expect to walk at least a mile before getting to the temple bar/shopping areas
