Nice cosy hotel, large room and decent breakfast but let down by the ingrained mould in the bathroom around the edge of the shower cubicle. The sealant could so easily be removed and replaced, I dont understand why they left it to get so bad. Room 302.

Waterford Marina Hotel is the best hotel in Waterford. Spotless rooms, that are up to date with modern design. The rooms are beautiful, the room I had was a river view room everything needed was there. Tea and coffee making facilities, complementary water on arrival. All the team at the Waterford Marina Hotel are brilliant and are always ready to assist as soon as possible. I always enjoy staying at the Waterford Marina Hotel it is truly marvelous.

I think some travelers may not like the auto-sense lighting in the room hallways that turns on only when entering. I appreciate the ecologic efficiency but the halls were dark and a bit creepy, especially given the many side halls. That combined with a lot of middle of the night movement in the hallways gave me a sense of insecurity. The room was clean: no complimentary coffee or tea however. The restaurant in the hotel, the 1848, was .excellent.

The room was quiet, clean and spacious. This was the first stop on a 14 day trip to Ireland. It was a great location with easy walking to the sites and restaurants. It was a great room to relax in and try and beat the jet lag.
