Nice 20min walk from centre of town and its restaurants and shops. Good location for exploring Mayo and Sligo by car. Plenty of car parking. Good breakfast.

Lovely, spacious rooms, clean. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was ok, coffee wasn't great (burnt) but the food was fine. We had a good time overall.

Front of house staff on arrival not very pleasant an not very helpful Lesuire center facilities could do with a more senior staff member running the facilities Jacuzzi not workin Steam room temperature over an above what most people could bare Sauna was the complete opposite Telephone in our room wasnt working so coudnt contact repection or dining As no booklet within the room to let us kw what was on the hotel dining menu or what was happen within the locality @ 5 oclock in the evening there still was no menu printed when we asked to see the evening dinner menu Over all the hotel is a nice hotel but needs a few teeks and has great potential

Lovely spacious rooms. The safe didnt work properly though and I had to punch my pin in a few times in order for it to open. Breakfast was ok. Staff were attentive.

Nice hotel, stayed for a wedding which was excellent. Rooms on the top floor had small windows which hardly opened so the room was hot and stuffy. I can imagine it would be pretty unbearable in the summer. Breakfast was good but we always had to go and ask for tea and coffee, it was never offered.

This hotel has a lot of potential. We arrived early and our room wasn't quite ready. Two coaches arrived and the staff did their best to check them in. The bar area furniture is tired and needs replacing. Some of the room doors have been modernised with a smart oak door and surround, other rooms will perhaps follow. The bathroom was very 70's or 80's.. however clean and tidy.

Staff would need to be trained on cleaning tables properly. Staff should be carrying the food out on trays to the tables and not bringing the plates with food on them to the tables using tea towels. Most of the staff are very pleasant but a few could smile a bit more. Rooms were clean and fresh towels, etc provided every day. The food was excellent.

The check-in process was very easy and the receptionist was very smiley and welcoming. The service at breakfast was very efficient once the order was placed. The bedrooms were made up every day which was good. Entertainment in the evening was very good also. Thank you.

Our stay was just OK. Lift was not working, one of the beds in our room had dipe in mattress. A bottle of water would have been nice. Awoken at 4 in morning with an awful noise in room, a fan on outside wall was to blame. Spoke to lady in reception about noise on way out she took my email address saying someone would be in touch, still waiting! Breakfast was grand, gluten free poorly set out, box of cornflake was only option for cereal. Cooked breakfast was good. Robes in rooms would have been a nice touch to use spa and pool.

It was nice but think needs revamp. Staff were really helpful and friendly. I really like Westport and this was 4th visit. Usually like to be in hotel in town as so pleasant and easy to mooch around.
