This was a very nice property and spa stay! The pool and spa were the highlight. There is a free spa area with lots of amenities, like a wonderful Turkish bath, a salt sauna and very warm pools to swim long distances in. There are also plenty of paid spa services which seem to be delivered with a high standard of expertise. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, but don’t order off the menu because they don’t specialize in some of the simple choices like poached eggs, which were prepared and served with water. Dinner was expensive and sub par; very disappointing. Go out for dinner for sure. The property caters to a more mature crowd, so we weren’t intimidated to spend a lot of time at the pool in our swim suits. It was an overall great stay!

Wir waren vom Hotel, seiner Einrichtung, dem Stil absolut begeistert. Der Service in diesem Hotel ist vorbildlich, nach entspannten Stunden im und am Pool kommt am Nachmittag noch der Handtuchservice - toll. Das Servicepersonal und der Empfang sind freundlich, kompetent, bemüht und sehr hilfsbereit. Unser Auto hatte in der Tiefgarage einen guten Platz gefunden. Danke, wir kommen gern wieder!

What a fantastic way to visit the beautiful city of Venice. Stay at the Excelsior on the Lido and take their beautiful boat into the city at night when the crowds subside. Make sure to also go for a long walk on the seawall and jump in the Adriatic

é un hotel non più nuovissimo, ma ha tutti i confort e i servizi di buon livello.
camera ampia e confortevole, ottima la SPA , e personale molto accogliente e attento.
Per chi ha la pensione completa servirebbe un pò più di varietà nel menù, ma nel complesso rimane buono.

Bei 5 sterne sollte ein Wasserkocher obligatorisch sein. Auch die Badekappe muss vorher mitgeteilt werden. Das ist ein unglaubliches Relikt aus der sog. Pandemie.

L’hôtel est somptueux , très beau parc , les piscines , le restaurant , la propreté , le personnel .. Tout correspond à être satisfait .
MAIS la chambre de 25 m2 était très sombre et donnait sur une fenêtre à 3m . Je ne pouvais voir le ciel qu’en sortant sur le balcon .
Comme je restais 9 nuits , J’ai demandé un changement ou un surclassement, et on m’a demandé un supplément de 60 eu par nuitée .
De même au départ mon avion était en soirée
j’ai demandé à rester jusqu’à 15h , on
m’a proposé de régler 40eu par heure supplémentaire à partir de 11h .
Nous sommes finalement partis à midi sans supplément.
Chaque hôtel d’Abano a « son » spa -
En résumé un très bel hôtel à tarif 5 étoiles
et à service à améliorer - une cafetière dans la
Chambre et une bouteille d’eau seraient le minimum à offrir .

Struttura delle piscine ok.
Prezzi più alto di quello della mia prenontazione con la scusa che la camera era x 1 e non per 2 !!!!
Inoltre costretto a mettere auto in garage 8 euro e fatto pagare anche 2 cuffie usa e getta a 10 euro.
Per un 5 S delle micragnositá Ingustificabili!!

Often mentioned as the best spa hotel in Abano Terme and I can understand why. It has beautiful grounds, clean rooms and an elegant style. The thermal pools are wonderful and the Venice Spa is a great experience with many relaxing options. The restaurant serves a great dinner meal, and there sre many other dining options within a few mins walk in Abano Centro.
