My stay at this establishment was amazing! I have to say the staff was so great and helpful. They were quick to respond and ensured our stay was good. I stayed in the King suite and it was very spacious and clean! The location is great, just outside the main centre, but close enough to walk! And the walk is very nice. I would definitely be visiting his hotel again next time I’m in Florence!

Not as advertised. As of April 2024 this hotel is listed as having internet on its TVs (netflix, hulu, etc.) both in Expedia and the hilton webpage. A pretty standard amenity in 5 star hotels. This is one of the reasons we chose this hotel, but when we checked in we learned that it doesn't have this in any room. When we showed the receptionist how the listing and our reservation said it included streaming TV they just shrugged.
Also the overall quality of the hotel feels more like a 3 or 4 stars hotel. There is no one to take your luggage to your room. Elevators are the smallest Ive seen, they literally only fit 2 people, or 1 person and its luggage.

We stayed at this hotel two years ago and we loved it that’s why we returned to stay again.
Very helpful staff and friendly. The hotel is within walking distance from the train station which was convenient for us. Also walking distance to the centre.

The hotel check in was good and Elizabeth on reception very pleasant.
- [ ] The room was on the ground floor on street level and it was fine, a good size with a huge comfy bed. It was clean with nice bed linen. It was a bit dark in there and the air conditioning didn’t work. We never complained and just opened a window instead, but the odd car whizzing past in the early hours did disturb us.The bathroom was good, and a good shower too and the whole room very “Italian” like. Breakfast was good with a good selection of fruits, drinks and the best croissants I’ve ever had. They had bacon, sausage and scrambled egg too. The hotel location was good about 15 minutes from the train station and the same to walk to the Ul Duomo so a great location. Overall the hotel was okay and I’d rate it at 7.5 out of 10 and would recommend it to friends.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff were very nice and helpful. The facilities were great however, the room itself was lacking in natural light since it overlooked an interior courtyard. Otherwise, it was great and met our needs. The location of the hotel is outstanding.
