This hotel is gonna give five stars because of the fact of the location, the service and the room for the price definitely about your hotel if you want to be in the center of everything but realize this that hotels that are in the middle of the action and it’s a budget Hotel will definitely You gonna have to deal with all the accounts you get front seats to the noise and everything but this one was like in the backstreet so it was quiet night so we can rest also keep in mind that in Venice, you can get better hotels for the same price outside of Venice and you can just commute to Venice OK but commute about 10 and you’ll take you all around Venice that’s your tour right there and then definitely Diaz you can definitely take the gondolas the first floor of the building. Something to have in mind is known assist so sometimes the first floor because of the water rising it might be bad condition so just to have it in mind but other than that, everything was fine thank you so much for letting me stay at your hotel. Highly recommended, also keep in mind most buildings sometimes they don’t have elevators so you might have to take a couple of flight ups and carry your own luggage

The location is great as you can go anywhere walking easily, very close to Piazza San Marco and ferry station. Be prepared for a lot of stairs to get to you room. Nice rooftop area to have a glass of wine and enjoy.
Staff is very good and helpful.
Our only issue was with the air conditioning not working properly in our room, it was hard to sleep.
Other than that, great place. :)

We had a nice room. It was clean and in very good condition. The toilet was fully renovated and new. The room was kinda old-school Venice style but it was comfortable cozy and clean. Best thing about this place Is it’s location because from this place you’re getting everywhere in three minutes walking. On the rooftop there is a small restaurant where you can get a coffee and tea during the whole day. The receptionist was more than helpful And she was there for everything we needed. Thank you very much! When we said we needed and Iron, she was more than happy to assist us. As well, they allowed us to keep our luggage in the hotel, even though we checked out already, which helped us a lot. When we come back to Venice we will be staying in this place again for sure.

Good location, good service, old building, friendly, the room was small but its ok.
They have so many mosquitos inside the room.

We had some trouble finding the pension as it is quite hidden in a small alley. The rooms are in the third and fourth floor (no lift!) and very nice. Don't let the entrance and first floors of the house scare you. The staff is very nice and helpful. We could have a look at the rooms and decide for one. We chose the large room with the external (private) bathroom. Very nice.
Take your breakfast on the terrace if possible, you will have a nice view over the roofs of Venice.
It's a 2 minute walk to Plazza S. Marco.
