Not a single chair to sit in. Tiny shower with no door. I understand this is common in Europe but here there in just no way to keep the entire bathroom floor from getting 100% soaked.

The room was cold and the heater was not working well, because it was placed closer to the ceiling of the room (vs closer to the floor of the room). We brought it up to reception and they only offered us an extra blanket. There was no hot food for breakfast.

Amazing position just a few steps away from Piazza della Signoria.
Staff friendly and always happy to help.
To keep the room warm it was required to keep the A/C on for the whole night, but it was really noisy.
Breakfast included,but I was expecting more quality from a 4 stars hotel.
The breakfast room was tiny and despite of a slot was provided several times a table was not available.

Very well located, seconds ftom the Uffizi. Nothing to complain about, but nothing special either. It was clean and in good condition but very basic. Id stay here again but not for a special break.

Very centric and close to everything - super practical in terms of places to go and accessible. The main issues were around the quietness of the room, it was next to a patio and there was a lot of noise at night which made it difficult to sleep during the stay. The breakfast is limited but always good to have as an option

Friday and Saturday nights there were groups of people standing in the street directly below the room talking loudly at all hours of the night. This wasn't just people walking down the street, this was 30 minute long conversations at 3am. If you want to sleep through the night (or for longer than 2 hours at a time) this hotel is NOT for you.
