Great customer service. First room we checked into had had a blocked toilet and reception changed our room for us promptly. Very clean and maintained. Would recommend.

Loved our stay here! The room we had was spacious and we had everything we needed! The AC, however, didn’t reach the other side of the room. Nonetheless, a great place everybody will love!

Limited air conditioner. As of 10/13 no more ac no gans in rooms either if window wont open it gets stuffy. Food is ok.

We were met with unfriendly staff upon check in, the front desk employee as well as other staff members were very rude and we felt very uncomfortable with that attitude.

Hotel reception allowed us free parking due to having a disabled badge which was brilliant.
Showers do not drain, ended up with a flood. Breakfast was good.
Good transport links into the city.
Hotel is in 3 blocks, only block a has a lift.
Good little area with a football table.
Room was ok but not overly clean. Air con was working unlike many reviews I’ve read. Basic rooms but ok for a night or 2 if out exploring during the day.

There is a nice cafe within walking distance. While the location did not have much else around, the tram stop across the street was convenient to access the rest of the city. While we enjoyed the convenience, we were disappointed that the air conditioning and hot water did not work properly. Compared to other hotels around northern Italy, it was a bit outdated (elevators, bathrooms, etc.). Parking was a hassle to figure out and cost €20 each night.

Pros: The location of the property is convenient with public transportation across the street. The staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was decent and convenient.
Cons: The rooms are small, the bed very uncomfortable, the shower curtain had mold, the water drained slow in the shower.

Showers get clogged while bathing..
We were told to grab two pillows from the counter and no one could atleast drop them. When we complained about AC , we were asked that why we asked fornblankets if AC wasnt working.

The air conditioner was not working. We told them after checking in and they said they’ll get someone to fix it the next day instead of offering a room with working AC. My son and husband could not sleep in the heat so they slept in the lobby. The next day after returning from a day of sightseeing, it was 90 degrees Fahrenheit and the AC was still not working. We suffered another night in the heat and couldn’t sleep. Again, my husband and son went to the lobby to sleep but it was uncomfortable with mosquitos. The only positive thing about the hotel was the breakfast. They have remodeling construction next to our room so during the day, it was a lot of loud banging. The hotel is also 30 minute bus ride from City Central so not very close to anything. When I discovered how far they were from City Central, the hotel booking was non-refundable so I was stuck with it and really regret booking this location. I would give it 1 star only for the breakfast.

Room was comfortable, but thin walls, you can hear a lot of noise. The hotel is advertised as B&B, but breakfast is not inckuded, you have to pay extra. Transportation to train station is good.

Place was basic but very clean and exactly what we needed for a couple nights stay. Easy to get to on public transport from the city centre. Staff really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was nice.
