B&B Nonno Remo

One of the best accommodation I have ever visited in italy. Quality of cleaning was quite satisfied, breakfast was good, and moreover, owner lady was so kind. She gave me a present, handmade jam. Highly recommended

The place is super cozy, the rooms' floors and walls are all covered in wood and furnished in typical mountain style. At breakfast some amazing homemade cakes and sweets are served (try the krapfen!). The staff is very attentive and friendly, particularly with little kids

I was charged twice for this property, something that I immediately contacted them about. Over the course of 3 months I contacted them repeatedly to resolve this. They did not respond unless I emailed them multiple times. When I finally arrived they blamed booking and said they would resolve it on the following monday and get back to me, which they didn't of course. I emailed them again, and called, with no response. At this point I called booking to resolve, with my backup plan to reverse the charge using my bank if need be. Of course booking quickly resolved the issue - and the owner of the property is a scammer/liar or at best should learn how to use technology to promptly resolve issues like this. It's a shame because the property itself was very nice.

We stayed to lovely nights at the B&B Nonno Remo and I only have positive things to mention. I greatly appreciated the coordination via messaging before checking in, having ample parking availability, the nice breakfast buffet and fantastic coffee, the warm welcome and eating out recommendations by the lovely host Cinzia (hope I spelled that correctly) and last but not least we loved the wooden finishes in the room.

Absolutely lovely. Great kids-friendly family run B&B. Rooms are cozy and comfortable in a true mountain-style. Great homemade pastries for breakfast.
