The room is quite spacious, clean and staff were great. My room was on level 2 beside the road as such noisy at night.

Only thing I did not like at all was the shower. Water pressure was not constant and it went from hit to cold about every :40 seconds, then only having a half wall went all over the floor. Now I have to sop up water.

It was just ok - not 4 star by any stretch
No adequate shower door so the entire room flooded from a 10 min shower… there was fruit flies through out the room and my room was dark and uninviting

Location was literally across the street from the main train station Santa Maria Novella, which is why I chose this hotel. Also walking distance from main tourist attractions. There was a supermarket next door.

Great location and property. We got a room with a large balcony with a great view of the Duomo. The day we checked in, the shower was not draining, but the staff fixed it quickly. The sofa bed triggered my daughter's allergies. No elevator to the 4th floor, only till 3rd floor.

I honestly don’t know how this property got its 4 stars. The only good thing about this property are its staff, they were friendly and helpful.
The location, and room conditions are like a two star hotel. The rooms, hallways, elevator, stairways need major upgrades. I chose this hotel only due to the reviews and made a big mistake.

The hotel is clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Bedroom and bathroom were both comfortable. The area was a little noisy and a little dangerous as it is so close to the train station, but otherwise fine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic hotel close to the train station and kind of tucked away which is what you want around this area. Newly renovated as of August 2024, clean, great breakfast, lovely staff helped us navigate some challenges for which we are very appreciative. Highly recommend!
