Very quick check-in, so after several hours of travel I could go and relax in my room. I would recommend this place to everybody.

The hotel is excellent. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The a/c was not cool enough for August. The desk clerk arranged a taxi for us to dinner and the taxi returned exactly on time. The breakfast was very good and abundant. Comfortable bed and very nice clean bathroom. The city #1 bus leaves the train station and takes you to Agora bus stop directly in front of the hotel in a few minutes. Buy tickets in the train station bar. The bus does not run at night. The Old Town was further away than we anticipated, and the walk there is longer than expected.

A pleasant hotel to stay, centrally located for exploring Umbria and Tuscany. Staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms clean although the cleaning product used is a bit smelly. Good breakfast. Would stay there again

Hotel and room were fine. Only 2 very minor gripes - Found it difficult to get sat channels on TV. Gave up eventually. Also, water pressure in shower could have been stronger, but was sufficient nonetheless.
