I could not have stayed at a worst hotel, if you could name it that. It is more like a hostel from horror land. It is at a great location and that’s about it. Plus, the air conditioning was the only thing working. Firstly, I had called the hotel a few days before my stay to book an airport shuttle. They said send us an email and the charge is €65. Once I landed I couldn’t find the driver and called the hotel. The receptionist said: we didn’t book the shuttle for you because you didn’t email us so take a taxi from there. I said of course I emailed you! Then she said oh yes, but your flight was an hour late. And I replied that that’s the reason I gave you my flight number! By the time she figured out she did book the shuttle but it wasn’t there, an hour had gone by, and I was charged €70 instead. My room was in an apartment across the street from the hotel, where I had problems entering because the lock was really old and didn’t work well. The first night there I couldn’t enter, kept calling the emergency number at around 10pm without an answer, and went to the restaurant across the street and begged a gentleman working there to come help me. After a long struggle, we managed to open the door. The sheets were a little dirty and there was mold in the shower. There is a tiny refrigerator that fits about 4 bottles of water but didn’t work. The next day when I addressed the issue of the door to the receptionist she was very sarcastic and treated me as if I was stupid to not be able to open the door. I asked to be moved to a different room but said they were fully booked. I would never ever stay there again even if it was the last place on earth!

It had some problems, the toilet was not working and at least while we were there the person responsible could not go so we had to use a tray, this was the worst of our issues here, the view from the window was not nice, and the shower had a bad drain system and it got covered in water really Fast. Also the tv didn't work. And you cannot use the desk since it's quite small and it hasover the mini fridge that doesn't work either. The place is very well located really close to fontana di trevi and piazza spagna, bed was comfy and Air conditioner working perfectly also a big enough room for a couple nights. You can leave your luggage at the front desk which is in another building just like 15 -20 meters apart. Overall I don't really think is a great value for money other than the zone, in that matter is one of the cheapest options around but you can also find better options around the corner. They also cancel the reservations through other platforms like booking, so you cannot rate them in there and show your problems, I imagine they also save on comission and if you try to book again it costs like 10 times more, the price went from €165 to around €2,000 but if you get there you can pay the original amount, they just leave out the booking platform but I can imagine that if you don't know it you might as well check for another place to stay there and have to bother yourself looking for that but honestly might easily be better.

The standard room we ordered does not quite match the description given in the booking. You need to understand that getting on or off the bed is only possible using a wooden ladder. It is not safe. The room is very small. It’s difficult for two people to disagree. The only small window opens with a view of the neighbors' air conditioning engines. The Minibar refrigerator is so small that you can't even fit a bottle of beer in there. The wardrobe is under the bed. The table is tiny. There is no room to spread out the suitcase

Location is fantastic walking distance from all the restaurants bars and sights. All staff were very friendly, thank you Caludia! The room was clean with very good AC. My friend and I felt very safe in the accommodation as well as the surrounding area. Would definitely recommend.

If I could give this “hotel” minus stars- I would. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, and I wasn’t even in the room. We came by flight at night, as we alerted from advanced, to discover that the building is locked! No lobby, no reception and no one to talk to. We waited in the street from 3 am till 8:30. No one in the staff speaks English, except a very rude receptionist who needs to quit her job if she hates it that much. During the time we waited for our room, with no early check in, what so ever, our luggage was left unintended. After all- we went to a different hotel thank god. If you want a good experience In rome. Stay as far as you can from this “hotel”.
