We stayed here just one night whilst commuting to Lake Garda. Lovely hotel, staff were really friendly & we had a junior suite which was fabulous. Pool area was lovely & clean although the pool was freezing but not complaining as it was welcomed with the blistering sun.

Safe location close to the Metro station, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Very clean and modern. Friendly and accommodating staff. I would definitely stay there again!

We reserved two nights but we left after one night as the AC was not working. When I asked the front desk for assistance, he suggested to open the windows. As if.

Overall the hotel was clean with good facilities. My only negative was that it did not appear that the room was vacuumed nor bedsheets changed every day. It was clean when we arrived and bed was made every day, but do not think they were changed. It is is away from Brescia but appears to be there for the local football stadium events. Great supermarket Essilunga is a short drive away

Room was too cold. We asked to reception. They did nothing for it. There were not slippers in the room. Linens set was polyester.
Breakfast was not enough. No olive, no white cheese..
So, I will not stay there again. Hilton Brand goes down in my point of view.

It so disappointing from first night. The AC is not working and left as till the next day to change the room. The 2 nd room was also hot and the AC don’t go below 25 or 24.8 degrees and very humid. They other day we left in the morning and back at night and found out that room not fitted or cleaned at all. It was very very horrible experience. Never again booked lesson learned and never pay in advance again.

Nice property in a nice area near university. Unfortantely, there was no air conditioning and the weather was warm, making the room uncomfortable for sleeping. I had the windows unlocked but the busy road noise did not provide for quite, sound sleep.

Properly is pretty and spacious. However, the cleaning staff disappointed me as firstly they forgot to leave the duvet in the room second they gave me a stained one. Additionally, the dirty towels were not changed for the duration of our stay.
The reception staff are friendly but when you request for assistance over the phone they forget so you have to repetitively ask for the same request.
