We contacted the hotel to see if we could drop off our bags early and they said yes. When we arrived 2 hours early, our room was ready so we were allowed to check in then which was a pleasant surprise! They had free bottles of water in the room for us and bedroom shoes. The staff was very friendly and they did a great job in cleaning our room. The hotel was beautiful and we had a pleasant stay.

If you wanna see everything in Florence choose this hotel. Defiantly the best location. They take care of your car but pretty expensive like 35 to 50 euros for 24hrs depends on your car’s size. Whatever I say it’s less to explain how good the hotel is. Very clean very professional and friendly stuff. They made our stay unforgettable.

Room noise was unbearable. A lot of noise from people around bars all night long. Was unable to sleep during my whole stay. I was staying in room 216 front facing! Would not recommend!

Service exceptionnel comme toujours. Je viens à cet hôtel chaque année. Cependant ma chambre était vraiment très bruyante cette année. Je vais m’assurer de demander une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue l’an prochain.

We had a wonderful stay ! Even though our stay was cut short due to delayed incoming flight to florence , we were greeted very nicely by the hotel staff. The hotel itself has beautiful decor - both lobby and the rooms we were offered. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence and would love to stay again.
