Fantastic. Members off staff very, helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. Location, couldn't be better 🙂could see all the things by foot if we wanted to. Cleaning was done daily. Even weekends and bank holidays. Breakfast was also very nice. Coffee machine, selection of teas, juices, water, milk. Different types of yogurts, fresh fruit, tinned fruit, biscuits, different types of bread, selection of hams, cheese and eggs (scrambled eggs or boiled) also very yummy croissants different types. Was very impressed. Not much too choose from , but all the nutrition you need to start your day. Also forgotten about the cereals etc. Was with my family and a small child. We all were very happy with the stay at Grand hotel Olympic. If we ever go back to Rome, will be going back. Not only due the location,but also because of the hotel and members off staff. Thank you for making our stay in Rome remarkable and unforgettable. Thank you

I’ve stayed in Rome a couple of times before, and this hotel was affordable and as clean and comfortable as any I’ve stayed in. However, what set this hotel apart was its staff, especially Alex. One of our children had food poisoning on our next to last day, and Alex was so helpful and accommodating, helping us make sure our son was comfortable and helping the rest of us order food through an Italian food delivery service. The staff warmly greeted us every time we went in and out and made us feel truly welcome.

During my stay at the hotel in January 2025 there was very noisy and dusty renovation work started at 8 AM. The hotel didn't inform me about this problem when I booked it. Nothing about it on their website. The washroom and room are extremely simple. I wasn't sure if the heater was working. Generally was chilly in the washroom and room. One big plus is that the hotel has a great location. Just a short walking distance to St. Peter Basilica and the metro.

The property is well located, walking distance to the vatican, restaurants and shopping. Old building, our 1st room bed was terrible, fridge disgusting. they moved us to a better room. They try hard but they don't even have a microwave in the whole hotel to heat up your food.

We enjoyed our stay at the Olympic. They have a wonderful staff - very helpful and accommodating! The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were comfortable. I would stay again.

The whole staff were extremely friendly and helpful! We had a few problems with our room so I called front desk and the lady was very helpful and accommodated us into a different room without extra fees! Love their complimentary breakfast! This is the second time that we stayed at this hotel! The rooms are very clean!
