Very good standard hotel Alas, our four days were met with high winds abd rain, which is not the hotel's fault, the hotel does sit in an exposed position Great pool bar service, fantastic breakfast, dinner at the restaurant was average

The staff on the hotel were amazing! Always happy and welcoming! Such a nice hotel with nice pool, good food for lunch and dinner. We loved it!

Gorgeous property. Service lovely. Beautiful views and set up above town but a short walk or ride. Peaceful and relaxing

Central air conditioning was freezing and not adjustable. The wifi was poor on the room. However the location, facilities and staff were wonderful. Great stay and worth the cost.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations! The hotel was beautiful, with such lovely, hard working staff who helped make our experience so amazing! Big thanks particularly to the pool bar staff (including the lovely and helpful Dominiato). We would highly recommend staying in this amazing hotel on the incredible La Maddelana

Property was beautiful. Breakfast had a nice selection. Alexandro was great and took care of all my breakfast requests. I should have stayed another night.

Vi hadde et utmerket opphold på hotellet. Service var helt perfekt og personellet var utrolig hjelpsomme og hyggelige. Drar gjerne tilbake :)

Em primeiro lugar tem que ficar claro que esse não é um hotel 5*. Embora eles se auto avaliem como tal (consta 5* em todas indicações do nome do hotel), na verdade se trata de um bom hotel 3*. Quando chegamos ao nosso quarto(17hs), apos realizar o cadastro de check-in as 10hs, a temperatura interna estava em incríveis (e inaceitáveis) 28 graus C. Colocamos a chave para ligar as luzes e o ar condicinado, na esperanca de melhorar a situação, o que nao ocorreu. O gerente (muito atencioso) gentilmente nos trocou de quarto. O quarto em si é bom, para um estilo de hotel executivo de 3*, nem proximo de um hotel 5*. Travesseiros baixos e duros. Agua de cortesia? Só na primeira noite. Nos banheiros faltou sabonete nos dispensers nas 2 noites que ficamos no hotel. Ou seja, recolocam pouco, o que deve ser uma politica do hotel e nao coincidencia. Mas foi no restaurante principal que o atendimento foi uma verdadeira tragedia. Varios garcons nao falavam ingles, nao sabiam a posicao e lado de trocar os talheres, queriam misturar garrafas de vinhos abertas e fechadas na mesma taça e, por fim, os pratos demoraram muito, com destaque para sobremesa (50 minutos). Alem disso, no buffet de café da manha, apesar de constar salmão no cardápio, nao ofereceram este prato em nenhum dos dias em que estivemos hospedados. Se me perguntassem se voltaria ao hotel, responderia que sim, mas com as expectativas niveladas a um hotel 3 estrelas, nem proximo das 5 prometidas.

Very special and very comfortable, one of my favorite hotels. The accessories in the corridors are very nice.

Nice hotel with lovely pool area and views over the harbour. The walk in to town is not very pleasant and so you need a car to access town and surrounding areas so consider this in your planning. We only had the breakfast in the hotel which was excellent. We also did the hotel organised boat trip on Dolce Vita which was outstanding and I highly recommend. Overall the hotel is a bit run down in the common areas etc but the pool area is lovely.

The rooms were beautiful and clean. The staff was attentive and very pleasant. The food variety of the included breakfast every morning was impressive and a great way to start the day. Also the location of the resort was perfect for reaching the town and ferry easily, but far enough away to be quiet and secluded.

L'ensemble des prestations, le personnel, la qualité du petit déjeuner, l'accueil.. Tout était très bien !

Achei que este hotel teria vista do mar por ser em um morro, mas não . Os restaurantes e a piscina não tinham nenhuma vista , para ter acesso a vista do mar tinha que subir uma escada no final do jardim .logo ficar na piscina e no bar da mesma não era nada atrativo . Também havia poucos lugares com sombra, não havia muitos guarda-sóis e estes lugares ficam reservados desde cedo sem ninguém ocupar . E por ser um lugar afastado poderia ter no mínimo uma cafeteira elétrica no quarto .

The pool is closing too early!

The staff were very friendly and helpful - especially Donato, Francesco, Selena and Guiglia Excellent location in La Maddalena. Good facilities - though dining room was unavailable as early season - There was a Pizzeria on site though which was excellent. Local town had ample high quality restaurants - we would recommend L'Avventura.

Un hotel très parfait!

Wunderschöne und ruhige Lage. Die Zimmer könnten mit Tee und Kaffeezubereitung ausgestattet werden und der Spabereich müsste für den gesamten Aufenthalt kostenfrei sein, immerhin wird das Hotel als Wellness und Spa Resort geworben. Weiterhin könnte der Bustransfer in die Stadt gerne auch in der Zeit von 13 Uhr bis 19 Uhr fahren.
