They stay was ok for the price we paid but everything is an extra
Cost like the pool and airport shuttle. To have to pay €20 per person is ridiculous. And the airport shuttle was almost €150. It would’ve been nice to know these costs upfront and not surprised by them at the hotel

Hotel was nice, slightly out of Milan but transport easy.
Very disappointed that the swimming pool was not free to hotel guests (a ridiculous and unnecessary 20 euros per person!)
There was also no complimentary water in the rooms. It’s a shame about these 2 issues as otherwise it ticked all the boxes.

Not our first visit but definitely our last. This hotel isn’t worth 4 stars.
The decor is outdated and the rooms are not kept in a good condition worthy of the price they charge per night. We paid over £700 for 5 nights for a superior double rooms and the conditions were horrible. We asked to be moved into a different room only to be given a room worse than the previous one. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back. We staid here twice in the past and our experience was better, hence why we booked a superior double room instead of a usual double room hoping that it will be better but unfortunately it wasn’t.

Great hotel. One block from the #3 Metro. Luxury hotel with and old school charm. Beautiful garden and dining room for breakfast which is highly recommended. Staff are attentive and courteous. A+
