Do not eat in the restaurant. Pass on the " free" breakfast. Made my whole family sick. Go around down the street by the Collosium. Illy or Il Gardinia.

This hotel has a huge problem with mold. We checked in and had a fantastic experience but when we got to our room, I noticed a large amount of mold covering all of the bathroom walls. I went to the front desk with my photos and explained that my son has bad asthma and cannot be in that room. I was told that they could fix the problem but not until the following day so they offered us an upgraded room for the night. We were nicely surprised by this so we had an okay first night.. the following day we were gone the entire day so we returned at 10 PM at night. We went to our room was found that they simply covered up the mold spots with new wallpaper and scrubbed one corner. I again told the staff and they came and inspected and agreed that there was still mold in the room and it had not been cleaned correctly. What perplexed me was that they came to verify the mold and said they could see that I wasn’t just trying to be a problem. They said no rooms were available except the one we stayed in the night before so we packed up everything again and went back to the other room. We had a trip to the Vatican the next morning at 7:30 so we left very early. I received a call from the front desk at 11 AM and was told that I needed to come clear the room we were in because it was now booked and if I was not out by 12 PM that we would be charged for the upgraded room. We then did not have a room for awhile. We checked out early and did not have a good experience.

Location was phenomenal.The staff were friendly and helpful. The property is clean and fresh, A bit noisy though I guess it can't be helped given the location being so close to the heart of Rome.

This place was so nice! Location and service was perfect not to mention this view!!

I would give it 5 stars but, it was difficult to find where to park or leave your car while going inside to know where to park. The parking garage is awkwardly located, extremely narrow and difficult to turn in to.

Wonderful staff and couldn’t have asked for a more centrally located property.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance to most of the major sights. The staff was incredibly helpful and very nice. We definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Rome.

This was our first time in Rome and we really enjoyed our stay at the H10 Palazzo Galla. The stylish hotel and clean, quiet, and well appointed room was our refuge after days of exploring the sites and walking mile after mile through the bustling city. The rooftop terrace is definitely a bonus. And the service from staff was excellent. We will stay here again.

Beautiful hotel , great location Hotel is renovated and beautifully decorated. Staff gave us an upgrade to a suite which was gorgeous on the 6 th floor. I just have to mention that we booked with Expedia but hotel contacted us directly for payment of room ahead of our arrival which we found quite unusual and contrary to Expedia policy. Besides that inconvenience, loved the hotel.
