It is the best service of any hotel in Rome. The staff is professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel and accommodations are first class. Location is perfect. This Hotel and it’s entire staff made my trip nothing other than a perfect dream come true. I will return again and again.

Expedia Group verified review

A very funny prompting question. This is one of the world's great hotels and it lives up to its reputation. Enormously expensive and worth it for a day in the lap of luxury overseen by attentive staff. My only quibble - and it is small- is that wait staff in the restaurant are a bit heavy handed on complimenting diners. Dial it back a notch and the issue disappears.
