A wonderful home away from home in a great location! Super close to train station and the T1 tram stopped out front about every 5 minutes to the airport or closer to shopping for 1 Euro 50. Super friendly and helpful staff!

Worst possible experience imaginable! Stay away from this garbage dump. Very inconvenient and even taxis cannot approach the hotel because it’s right next to the tram line stop so taxis are not allowed to stop next to it. So you have to drag all your suitcases manually from the train station to the hotel. The staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Be prepared for lots of abuse from the staff. Not well-maintained and even has mold on the walls. Absolute disaster. One of the worst hotels that ever stayed in my life.

Our stay with Hotel Arcadia was absolutely seamless and met all of our basic needs. We were out exploring the city all the day, so we didn’t spend very much time in the hotel, but we were very happy with the quality of our stay. The shower was very large, the WiFi was fairly fast and reliable, and the beds were comfortable. We also loved the location of the hotel, which was very close to the train station. Though the area near a train station can often feel unsafe, we liked how the hotel was facing out on a central street. Also, we didn’t feel uncomfortable walking there at night. The service was great. The breakfast was only okay, but we weren’t really expecting very much. We typically ate a croissant and drank a cappuccino before heading out.

I found this hotel an excellent place, right at the back of the train station. The guy at the reception, maybe the owner, has been very kind to me. The room was warm, clean, quite big with a nice private toilet!! Many towels available in the room. I am very happy and looking forward to go back if I ever need to be in Florence again. Thanks.
