I stayed at this hotel and it was absolutely dreadful. The room was dirty and smelled like mold, the bed was uncomfortable, and the linens looked like they hadn't been changed in weeks. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and the breakfast buffet was practically inedible. I would never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone.

My fifth or sixth stay here. Always reliable. Small brasserie is excellent and generally an all round good business hotel.

The hotel is very good, staff is kind and attentive, bkfast is also good and it is priced right.

Very clean and well decorated hotel with a great restaurant. The only downside is that the air conditioning would not turn down any lower than 19 degrees which was too warm for the night

Pretty nice hotel.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I rely heavily on my computer for work, but the Wi-Fi in my room was nearly nonexistent. As a result, I spent most of my stay in the lobby with my laptop, struggling to get any work done. Despite my repeated requests for assistance, nothing was done to address the issue. I even asked to be moved to a different room, but my request was completely ignored. In 2024, travelers expect reliable internet access in their rooms, but this hotel clearly does not meet that standard. To make matters worse, when I sought help from the shift manager, Eleonora, she exhibited a rude attitude and refused to assist me further. She simply turned her back on me while I was asking for help and walked away, stating that she cannot and will not deal with the problem. “Let someone else handle it tomorrow,” she said, “I’m tired,” and left while I was still speaking to her. I have never encountered such behavior in any hotel around the world!

Stayed one night. Easy parking. Staff friendly. Suited us for our stay.

Rude, unprofessional. Almost nothing works in a room

Nice, new and big enough room and bathroom. Decent gym but can get busy first thing in the morning. Good breakfast buffet, same things day after day, but any options. Would have loved to be able to use the towel warmer (I always do hand wash and use this as a "dryer") but it wasn't on as the heating was not on - quite a disappoinment as I chose this hotel partly for this. Fast check in/out, nice staff all around

Amazing hotel with private parking and elevator to our room. Walking distance to shopping.

Overall very good but wish they had hot water pot in rooms.

Recommend this place if you have a car or are ok committing 1-2 hours per day to public transit and walking. And if you're deadset on Como city. Otherwise Lecco struck me as a far nicer city to stay in. Or, perhaps, Bellagio or some other place along the lake.
