Perfect for solo traveling! Location was amazing and right in the center of everything. The Duomo view was fantastic. Staff was great for suggesting activities and helping with navigating around the city as well.

Excellent stay at the Duomo hotel. We were greeted by a friendly knowledgeable staff that helped us find restaurants, specific shopping, call taxis, and more. The view and setting was amazing. The rooms were nice and very clean. The location is fantastic. Best hotel ever!
Breakfast was amazing, the pancake machine was fun.
We had 2 different rooms one with a duomo view and one with a courtyard "view". The Duomo view was definitely a nicer room with a better view but there was more noise. The courtyard view was really quiet so we got a much better night's sleep.

Amazing hotel. The staff were very friendly and informative. Always helpful, giving suggestions and advice on local landmarks, dining, etc. The breakfast was one of the best we ever had. Plentiful and wide assortment of dishes, fruit, sweets, etc. Rooms were small but very comfortable. Our view of the Doumo outstanding (almost missed our checkout time). Next time we come to Florence, definitely will be coming back!

The location of this hotel is superb—right in the heart of the action, with a view of the Duomo Basilica of Santa Maria and surrounded by tons of restaurants. However, the area is very busy, so keep that in mind if you’re looking for a quieter stay. Unfortunately, my room was very small and not the most functional, though the bed and pillows were decent. A heads-up: the elevator only goes to the front desk level, so you’ll need to navigate stairs to get to your room. That said, the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, which made the experience better. A good choice if location outweighs other considerations for you!

Mind blowing location! Absolutely gorgeous hotel, very private and charming. Our balcony overlooked the Duomo Basilica of Santa Maria and was located in the piazza. Staff were attentive helpful and spoke perfect English.

The staff is amazing, very helpful. The hotel is in the perfect spot, strategically located in the middle of the tourist hotspot. Perfect for couples or singles looking for their other half. The breakfast buffet is a hidden gem.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, walking distance to lots of places. Staffs are very friendly, the breakfast is great, and they offer tea, coffee and snacks 24 hours. Room is not big but clean and enough for 2 of us. Highly recommended!!

Excellent way they made sure that overall experience allowed guests to feel
comfortable, respected and special. The breakfast service was unheard of with the overall variety of options to choose from in a help-yourself manner. With a large TV in the space so we could watch CNN in English.

Poor services, the view was great but l won’t recommend this hotel, it’s old not well maintenance, the towels were very used not in good condition plus if someone go there be careful l got stuck in the bathroom the lock didn’t work properly, all inside it’s not good condition. I won’t ever come back to this hotel rather other in Florence.
