Really great place, staff does not speak english but we got along fine. Was really nice and very close to down by pompeii and resteraunts. Best pizza in your life at Capi Blu. Couldnt get air to work until second day then it just came on in middle of nite.

Hidden gem. It was beautiful and close to main city centre without being to close to the noise. We took taxi from train to hotel and were taken for 30€ . It was 2 km drive. We could have taken the bus for much less. Walking distance to ruins. Note that my daughter did speak Italian and could understand comments made about our coffee choice.

Really great property. However we had an odd check-in experience. The hotel management tried to switch us to another inferior property in the city, when we arrived. We did have to stay in the other place for the first night. There was some excuse that they were having water problems at the original property. We also contacted Expedia to try and get relocated, that went nowhere! We called and complained, the hotel management and they switched us back to the original property we had booked, the next morning. Obviously no water problems as they were washing down front sidewalk when we arrived.

This hotel was closed when we arrived and someone came and took us to a different location that looks nothing like the pictures, all do we appreciate them not living us stranded for the night it does not justify the change in property or the refusal to refund also very disappointed at Expedia

Property was lovely, the fridge didn’t work which was a shame but overall our stay was great. Bathroom could use a little update but it was fine and the shower worked well. Staff were warm, welcoming and friendly who were always happy to help and offer information about the area, transport, restaurants etc. Location is excellent It’s a 10-15 min walk to the historic site or the train station. Lots of tours available with meeting point a short walk away. Local restaurants a few minutes walk. The area felt very safe and I loved looking at the mountains surrounding us. I would stay at Hotel Pompei Be Green again. Thank you for a wonder stay.

We were changed last min because there was a water leak which can’t be repaired.. this was a 4* hotel. We were changed to a 3* hotel.. no WiFi unless you were standing directly under the rooter. Said several times. Eventually moved us.

Clean but bed was very hard and only 1 pillow- too thick. Breakfast was very sparse and plain, mostly desserts. Would rather buy a breakfast for the $$

I liked the way the hotel looked from outside. Clean, modern and well documented. Common areas are pretty. Pleasant staff.
I didn’t like the bathroom, old shower head, faded painted walls, the pressure of the showers is also poor. No complimentary water on a hot summer day. I booked for 2 people but was only given one set of towel. We arrived at past 9pm so no one in reception. Breakfast very basic. Overall ok, for the price we paid i guess.

My stay was just for a night but because I wasn’t going to make it before their hours (which is 10 pm) they made sure there was a way for me to get what I needed when I arrived. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was friendly and English speaking .
