A perfect stay to rest just before my night flight.
This hotel operates a restaurant that serves authentic Italian dishes “Molto buono!”
Federico and his family are very polite and warm, this is the best option for a place near Malpensa airport, the room given to me is clean, comfy bed and spacious.

Checked in near midnight to be near the aiport for a flight
next morning. Room and bed clean. Tried to use the TV,
remote not working. In the morning wanted to have a shower
but water was barely running at the shower hose.
Talked to the guy reception, who arrogantly said
"i'll come to check when i finish serving people at
the cafeteria". Packed up as i had no time to spare
and also reported problem to the cleaning lady who
get someone to check it as i was leaving...you expect
things to be functioning when you hire rooms to guests...

Costs of extra bed not clear..we booked for two adults and 1 child, they said you booked double room and should have notified for extra bed, but we booked for three people.
Bed should have been available, with all extra costs? We paid over the olds for quality of hotel... 141 euro. Including 3 euro tax per person
Poor attention attention to guest needs,
I think one of restaurant managers, was in the main bar with bare feet on settee watching TV, Looked like the bar was trashed like personal living area, and gave bad impression.
I was also told off for sitting my daughter on the bar presumably for highgeen reasons, for which I made my apologies, but then saw the lady with bear feet on the main bar chairs.
Confusion between staff. Although front office manage friendly. Hotel old, WiFi intermittently working.

Old place, old appliances, airport shuttle service is limited to a few hours only, shuttle van was damaged- side door and cargo door didn’t work properly, instead of shuttle service in morning they call for a car which did not have any taxi sign , no meter and they are charging 20 euro for less than 5 minutes drive. So many things wrong with this hotel.
Toilets broken and had to manually flush by self by lifting the lid and lifting the stopper.
No lights in halls near our room.
NO breakfast buffet, only stale croissants we had to pay for.
shuttle to airport NOT free, and is done at THEIR leisure not your needs.
Will no stay here again.

Aircon in room didn’t work, the flyscreen on the windows was ripped (only about a third remained on the window) so couldn’t cool ourselves that way either. Sensor for hallway light didn’t work at one end, so you had to walk a dark hallway (light came on when you got to the end) and there was an actual birds nest on the emergency exit light in the hallway (my daughter thought the baby birds were cute.) Food in the restaurant was terrible, surpassed only by the service (only bad meal and horrible service we had during our week in Italy.) They offer a shuttle service (as per their website) but this is an extra charge they (this they don’t advertise.) This was a nightmare. Tried to save money on our last night, by the time we added in the airport transfer it cost us more for a dump.
