The review is actually for the adjacent Novotel, as we were relocated there as ibis was closing. The staff at the ibis desk were very helpful, explaining the situation and arranging the relocation to Novotel even with early check in.
The Rooms in Novotel were good size and comfortable. The outdoors swimming pool was and added bonus during the heatwave. The desk staff at Novotel were very helpful and attentive.
The Metro line is a short walk away. There was a good restaurant nearby.

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Ibis Milano Ca Granda. Like with other Ibis properties, the service was good, breakfast was filling and the rooms were clean comfortable. The only caveat is that it's not quite at the historic core so it will take a little more time to go where you wanted. Overall, though, I was happy with my choice.
