Coffee station is an excellent feature

great place to stay

I chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location near Milano Centrale, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. From the moment we arrived, there were several issues that impacted our stay. Our room phone doesn’t work, the mini fridge is out of order, and the overall comfort of the room has been disappointing. To make matters worse, it’s currently 3:40 am, and I’m still awake due to loud noise from other guests a few hours ago. While I appreciate the front desk staff’s assistance when I complained, the disturbance was still very frustrating. Additionally, our room was unbearably hot, and because the temperature is controlled by the front desk, I had to go downstairs in my pajamas at 2 am to ask for it to be adjusted—something that could have been avoided if the phone in the room had been functional. It’s disappointing that these issues have overshadowed our stay, and with another night ahead, I’m not optimistic about the overall experience. I hope management addresses these concerns for the sake of future guests

The hotel is conveniently located near central station. The bathroom was covered in black mould. It was terrible and really not healthy for anyone staying in that room. Very noisy with trains and street noise. Would not recommend.

I had a good stay. Only con of my stay is the walls are very thin and can hear everyone passing the hallway or talking. In addition the shower faucet was accumulating too much water and not draining properly. The staff was fantastic and very helpful.

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The service was fabulous, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed.

Fresh design, clean, spacious rooms, lovely breakfast buffet, steps from a metro stop which was so convenient. Great hotel!

The room def not living up to the number of stars given to this hotel. The room did not have a kettle and a coffee maker and when I asked for a kettle the staff told me because I book a twin room this room dose not have one! Total BS. Really? The bathroom ceiling had mold and the sheets and towels were not spotless. Would not go back.

Convenient for milano central station

Conveniently located in front of train station. Breakfast was great. Breakfast staff was sooo nice. Night staff was very nice too. Food places all around.

Very clean hotel very conveniently located by Milano Centrale station. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and clean. Breakfast was excellent. The fitness center had state of the art Technogym equipment. They even stored our luggage for us the day of our checkout so that we could explore Milan until it was time to catch our train.

noise coming the corridor wakes you up - specially if you are a late arrival

Only issue we had was the room was too hot. Could not control the room temperature. Asked the front desk twice if they could cool off room to no avail. Had to sleep with balcony door cracked open for cool air.

Very central location, great staff, highly recommend!
