Having already stayed in Olbia, I knew the area where I wanted to stay this time. The location of this appartement was prefect. Right in the center, but away from the noisier streets. The check in was smooth and fast. The first room I stayed in , had a beautiful terrace, although the bathroom was very tiny. The thing that made me unhappy was the presence of a type of mosquito that was all over the place and mostly in the second room I stayed in , which also had a weird smell, so ugly I had to ask for an air freshener and I also cleaned the floor myself at arrival due to finding a lot of dead insects when opening the balcony door... this things made the place feel not sufficiently clean or taken care of. Ah! And also I could here EVERYTHING that was happening in the other rooms.😖

We booked an appartament with two bedroms and two beds, with a terrace not in the groundfloor. Two days before our arrive, they told us that there was a problem and we have to stay in an appartament with only a bedroom with a bed and a sofá bed in the living room, they said that the price Will be lower, but when we arrived the appartment was on the ground floor, all the Windows at street level, the sofá bed was very unconfortable and It smelt like tobacco very hard... Now, they said that is impossible to have a refound of the original book.

Lovely modern apartments. Nice big rooms with lovely bathrooms. Clean and tidy. Well located in town centre, near lots of restaurants and shops. Also not far from the airport. Would highly recommend.

These apartments are spacious with a well equipped kitchenette. They are managed by the opposite hotel La Locanda del conte Mameli, so you have the reception staff at your disposal. The location is perfect.

Very central and functional appartment, smooth communication and friendly staff. We had the bad luck to have an apt on the ground floor so no view and no balcony or patio to hang out in the evening
