I don’t recommend this place at all. On the day of my return flight from Rome, the staff basically kicked us out of our room at 10am, and before that, they entered our room without permission. It was Italian Republic Day which means it was just yesterday on the 2nd of June. That day there were no taxis because of that. On the 1st of June, we called the hotel to ask if they had any shuttle/taxi service from the area to Fiumicino Aeroport, they said to come in the day if our return to their reception and they would give us a taxi. But the next day, the manager had no clue about that, he was asked to help us find a taxi but seemed least bothered, at the end, we had to spend €200 for an Uber. Only earns points for the centralised location.

Disclosure: we were transferred to this hotel due a slight miscommunication with another apartment. We were tourists in the area looking to spend a few days at the major locations (Colosseum, Vatican, Pantheon, etc.) Therefore I cannot comment on the price and value of the hotel.
The front desk staff was courteous and showed us to our room, demonstrating the use of their elevator(older style with gate), and the keys needed for entry(doors to the main building close in the evening).
The actual rooms have a modern flair. Wooden floors, spring mattress beds, ample bedding. I used the air conditioning and it worked well, no complaints. Note that the hotel lies between two major streets and so the street noise is noticeable if you open the windows, however once those are closed it is peaceful. Bathrooms were clean, and shower water pressure was good. Towels and shower shoes were provided. Our particular unit also had a refrigerator.
The location is quite centrally located and there is a supermarket called incoop quite close by within 5 min walking distance. It took about 10-15 minutes to walk to the Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, and less to get to the Spanish steps.

Let me tell you something, this hotel is right in the middle of Rome, just matters of minutes of walking to famous attractions like Trevi Fountain and Spanish stairs. Accommodation is fine but I kept waking up because I felt like I would fall off the bed. Overall, not amazing but really nice to accommodate in a place like this.

We absolutely loved this B&B. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk from piazza di Spagna, fontana di Trevi and via del Corso. The breakfast was very tasty especially the croissants and the cappucinos. The rooms of Via suites are very spacious and comfortable. Finally, the customer service was always on point during our stay. David and Lorenzo are always smiling and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make us feel at ease, to recommend places to visit and to reserve in nice restaurants around the city. Mia suites made our Roman holiday a memorable experience. We will be back for sure. 💕🇮🇹

Nice rooms, good location. Lots of stairs and no luggage assistance. Staff is helpful but limited hours of availability. Breakfast is unappealing. Good value for our last minute stay but would try something else next time.
