Very nice location, and room but bring your own food for breakfast and lunch, or be prepared for a drive to go get some. The restaurant and market next door are both usually closed, and there's no other convenient eating nearby. Also, the air conditioning isn't effective, but I think that's normal for most of the country.

Lovely hotel, with incredible views and a great pool! The facilities are top notch and the rooms are spotless. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Stayed at the beautiful Mira Mara for 5 nights ! Great place super clean, great pool with fantastic views. Deborah who looks after the place is fantastic right from the start with help and advice on the area. Highly recommend. Tips… taxis are only at two pick up points in LaSpezia. The walk up the hill is steep …. Don’t walk with luggage…. Deborah booked us taxis or you can call it’s easy. We also rented a scooter… great way to get around!

Things we loved about our stay:
1-The view: very large windows made it so easy to enjoy the view. We also loved our private patio.
2-The pool: pool was nice too, not crowded and fantastic view.
3-the front desk lady was helpful.
Things we didn’t like:
1-location! If you are planning to use public transportation this is not the best location. It has limited bus option and while we were there taxis didn’t work!
Also, there is no super market ( there is one but was never open), there is a restaurant next door which was ok.
2-bed room ceiling was too low! If you are taller than 5’ 10” you will have a problem.
3- bed was two twin size beds connected together so there is a gap between them in the middle!

One of the best places I've stayed in a very long time. Arrived here with my wife as one of the destinations in our driving tour of Northern Italy.
The owner Lucia was so warm and friendly on arrival. She waited for us even though we were very late! She welcomed us with a bottle of local wine. What a lovely surprise!
Our apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious and well furnished with all mod cons. We had an awesome view of La Spezia and beyond. There is a private swimming pool just overlooking the gorgeous blue sea. Each apartment has its own router. Perfect for keeping in touch with everyone.
Lucia took her time to tell us about the best places to visit, including local restaurants and shops. We will definitely come back here.
