Parking at the hotel not included in the room price. Complimentary water in the room not included in the room price. Low quality breakfast. One of the worst cappuccino I’ve ever had in my life.

Convenient hotel to spend overnight since it’s close to the airport.

Staff was great, we arrived late but they were able to accommodate our party of 9!!

Close to airport but that’s the only bonus. But even that was suspect as the arranged transportation from hotel to airport. Cost 30€. Absurd. The hotel has a limited menu and bar. Do yourself a favor and go for a walk. There is a great Italian place Il Vicolo. The pool was closed and the bar. Closed at 10.

Very out dated hotel which would be fine at a lower price point but doesn't deserve it's room price. I had stained carpets in the bedroom, stained cover on the sofa, old / stained towels in the bathroom with very out dated fit and finish throughout - lots of limescale on the showerhead which is a shower over the bath

Great hotel if you want to stay next to the airports

Staff polite during checking in, but not so polite when checking out. Stains on carpet, shower caused flooding. Pool area nice. Breakfast was average.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences that we've had. I never write reviews but feel I must warn others about this place. If you plan on staying here anytime between June and September please be aware that there is no air-conditioning in the public spaces or your room. We stayed here when it was 35 (95 Fahrenheit), it was impossible to sleep in the room. When asked the front desk to help with the issue they sent up a fan saying that this is normal for this hotel. The rooms are also very worn out and dirty, the carpets have stains, the curtains are dirty, and the bathrooms smell of mold. We rented 2 rooms for our family and both rooms had similar issues. This hotel positions itself as a 4-star hotel on Expedia but in my opinion, it's no better than a 1-2-star motel comparable to a motel on the side of a freeway.

AC unit didnt work(outside over 100F). My Kids wanted change the hotel at midnight due to nocooling at all

This hotel was very convenient for our flight the next day. The room was spacious. Parking was easy. The restaurant was good for both dinner and breakfast.

The rooms were an inferno, with AC doing nothing but make a buzzing sound and the staff seemingly uninterested. The property isn’t close to the airport either and there’s no shuttle (taxi is €30 ). If you are looking for a hotel prior to flying I would strongly recommend you stay somewhere else nicer as you’ll have to take a pricey taxi either way

Well kept hotel but not many activities close by to do.

It is a good property, as soon as you enter the building you understand you are entering a global chain. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately there were somethings which according to me were quite unusual. You take all your luggage to your room by yourself. I think that is pretty common trait in Italy. The thing that led me to give 3 stars for the staff was that on my second night, I called the hotel front desk and asked the attendant if I can have some cream for the coffee. The lasy was pretty rude and she told me she was busy and can only bring it to me after half an hour. Unfortunately, nothing ever came or was sent to our room. The hotel’s AC needs some maintenance, first, it was locked at 24 degree celsius, I asked the hotel staff about it and they told me it was locked and they forgot to unlock it. Secondly, even at 19 (you could not go below that) it was not cooling the room. Overall, my visit was good. The pillows were really flat though. Finally, I think, the hotel staff has to be trained according to the international standards of Novotel.

A decent airport hotel and staff very helpful. Ms Benedetto was extremely helpful in assisting us with lost luggage.

The carpet was extremely dirty. Big dirty spots all over this carpet And an extremely inappropriate picture on the wall The bathtub was extremely hard to get into I am 5’2 and the tub wall was at least 3ft tall extremely unsafe for a short older person The only two good things I can say is the waitstaff in cafe very accommodating and the taxi service that was ordered arrived in time

Room wasn’t clean. It was too noisy during night time. Room was smelly and we changed our room. Breakfast wasn’t good. I won’t stay here anymore and don’t recommend it to anyone.
