Alessia and her dad are really very kind. I booked at the last minute and even arrived late but despite everything they were super helpful. They gave us a mini apartment equipped with everything (perhaps I would add a coffee machine with pods for those of us who stay only one night, so that we can have at least one breakfast). Clean place. Below there is a partner restaurant that I recommend as it makes delicious food! The only flaw is a little noise as our room was right above the restaurant and on the street. But nothing insurmountable! Discount for both the restaurant and the entrance to the waterfalls which are very close and within walking distance. Recommended and we will definitely be back!

Excellent location for visiting the waterfalls. Very kind and helpful host. Clean and tidy rooms. As an improvement I would add the coffee machine and the microwave. Nice stay.

Fantastic place Alessia and her dad give an extraordinary welcome, kind and extremely helpful people. The rooms are spotless, spacious and a stone's throw from the waterfalls with a restaurant and parking all in the same place. We will happily return!!

To say indecent is an understatement. The entrance sign is almost impossible to see. Once inside the entrance to the property is messy and dirty. Once I got into the studio apartment the situation got worse: retro furnishings and you can tell from the photos, dust everywhere, environment not clean or sanitized, water on the floor in the kitchen, curtains full of dust. Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the studio apartment. When we got to the bathroom we were speechless: the shower was like in campers, bidet, toilet and shower all on the same floor, there is no shower cubicle much praised on the site. Without words. They are close to the waterfalls, it's true but they make you pay dearly for it and the non-cleaning, the blocked window of the "kitchen", the non-shared shower with the rest of the toilets, made us abandon the structure immediately. Good thing we didn't leave a deposit. Absolutely not recommended.

If you have to spend a few days at the Marmore Falls, this room/apartment rental is truly delightful. Very close to the lower entrance of the waterfall, you could almost reach it on foot, leaving your car in the large dirt car park available to the apartments and the restaurant below. Going in the direction of the waterfall it is on the right and is a large blue house, access is from inside the car park. Arranged on two floors, it has the feel of a colonial house with two white columns along the facade, the pastel color of the plaster. The rooms are large and spacious, carefully furnished with new retro-style furniture, equipped with a kitchen for longer stays and the atmosphere you breathe is truly pleasant. Friendly welcome and the booking confirmation emails are full of useful information on activities to do in the surrounding area. Furthermore, by staying there you have the possibility of accessing the waterfalls for two days at the reduced cost of €5. Breakfast and meals are not included but if you are interested you can take advantage of dinner or lunch and breakfast in the restaurant located on the ground floor of the building for a modest sum. With €20 each we had dinner with a super tasting menu and breakfast with bread and jam at I Ribelli di Campagna
